Appetizers
Non-Vegetarian Hors d' Oeuvres

Salmon Squares
Salmon which has been lightly marinated in teriyaki sauce and then baked and topped with sesame seeds or other herbs. Squares served on a small rice cracker with a wasabi cream sauce on the side.

Chilled Shrimp
Served over a bowl of crushed ice surrounding a center of cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Liver Pate or Chopped Liver
Chopped chicken liver served in a mold and garnished with red pepper strips and deli rye or assorted crackers.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Served in a sweet chili sauce.

BBQ Cocktail Wieners

Bacon Wrapped Dates

Smoked Salmon
A spectacular center piece dish with fresh dill, capers, pumpernickel bread or bagels and Larapin Mustard sauce.

Antipasto Tray
Thinly sliced salami, cubed Italian chesses, peperoncinis, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, olives, and roasted garlic with a large basket of baguette slices.

Thai Mini Drummettes
Baked crisp and coated with garlic basil & chili sauce. Extra sauce for dipping. This is a very popular dish and quite festive.

Tri Tip Skewers
Smoked tri tip served with a creamy horseradish sauce or BBQ sauce.


Vegetarian Hors d'Oeuvres
Mediterranean Platter
Hummus and Baba Ganoush, Greek olives, peperoncinis, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper strips and carrots with pita bread triangles.

Fresh Fruit Platter
Seasonal choices.

Fresh Tomatoes
Locally grown tomatoes in a variety of available colors and shapes chopped and tossed with garlic and balsamic vinaigrette, served with fresh baguettes or as a crostini.

Assorted Cheese Platter
Choose your favorite cheeses for this platter. Served with fruit slices and or roasted garlic and crackers or baguettes.

Baked Brie
A creamy round of brie, wrapped in a decorated puff pastry, baked to a golden brown and encircles with your choice of sliced baguettes or crackers. Fruit may also be baked with the brie on request.

Goat Cheese Rounds and Basil Conserve
with crackers or baguette slices.

Artichoke Dip and Sourdough Boule
A sourdough bread bowl filled with a warm artichoke parmesan cheese dip surrounded by sourdough bread slices.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed with herbs, nuts and cheeses.


Spreads
Hummus
and pita bread triangles.

Goat Cheese and Pesto Pie
One of my favorite spreads, a very beautiful presentation served with baguette slices.

Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Spread
Served with sliced bagels, large or cocktail sized.

Salads
Mixed Greens Salad
A variety of seasonal greens, toasted pecans, dried cranberries and orange slices served with a sweet creamy poppy seed dressing.

Beet and Apple Salad
A beautiful red salad with beets, apples and nuts in a vinaigrette dressing.

Caesar Salad
May be served with grilled chicken or shrimp

Pesto Penne Pasta

Asian Cabbage and Peanut Salad

Fruit Salad

Tabouli Salad
A Mediterranean bulgur salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley.


Main Course Ideas
Falafel Platter

Marinated chicken, Spanish green olives, capers and prunes in a white wine and herb sauce.

Lemon Chicken
Chicken breasts marinated in a lemon and herb wine sauce.

Sweet and Sour Rolled Cabbage

Enchiladas
Meat, chicken or vegetarian in a red or green sauce.

Polenta
Served as either a mushroom gratin with sautéed mushrooms and mixed greens with parmesan cheese and a thick tomato wine sauce OR eggplant gratin equally delicious with cheeses and red sauce.


Desserts
Chocolate Fondue
Served from the fountain or traditional style, served with fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pretzels, and assorted seasonal goodies!

Cheese Cake
Lemon, chocolate, espresso or New York style cheese cake.

Old World - Assorted Cookie Tray
Most delicious assortment of special cookies, all old recipes of my grandmothers. Something to please everyone at your gathering!

Baklava
A Mediterranean treat made with filo dough layers, nuts, honey and fruit.
